From No Growth to Old Growth Registration

Cancellation Policy: A lot of preparation and effort goes into planning our events. Registration can be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice, and a refund will be issued. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund. If Wild & Immersive needs to cancel the event a refund will be issued.

Acknowledgement of Risk Form: An Acknowledgement of Risk form must be filled out by each participant. Any registrants who do not submit this form will not be able to attend the event. The form will be emailed to you prior to the event date.

Illness Policy: There is zero tolerance for any participant attending the field sessions while sick or exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms..

What to Bring: Please be prepared! Sessions will be outdoors. Please make sure to have appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions (ie: running shoes, hiking shoes and/or boots, gloves, hats).

Arrival: Upon arrival, please park in the public parking. You will meet the group near the research forest front gate. Participants will be driven to tour stops in the MKRF 15-passenger van. The van will be driven by a licensed class 4 driver.
