Payment: Payment is due in full at time of registration. Failure to receive payment will result in the registration being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: A lot of preparation and effort goes into planning our events. Registration can be cancelled with a minimum of 1-month notice and a refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations with a minimum of 14 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund. If Wild & Immersive has to cancel the camp, a full refund will be issued.
Acknowledgement of Risk Form: A Participant Information and Acknowledgement of Risk form must be filled out by each participant and signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Any registrants who do not submit this form will not be able to attend camp.
Illness Policy: There is zero tolerance for any child attending camp while sick or exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms. If you child is ill, do not send them to camp. If your child develops symptoms while at camp, they will be separated from the group and sent home.
What to Bring: Please be prepared! Events are outdoors and run in all weather conditions (unless the weather is a safety concern ie: winds, lightning). Please make sure all participants have appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions (ie: waterproof clothing, running shoes, hiking shoes and/or boots, gloves, hats, and a change of clothes for after the activities). Inappropriate clothing and footwear may result in the participant sitting out. Participants will be partaking in water activities. Please make sure they have bathing suits and a towel.
Overnight Campers are required to bring a pillow, sleeping bag, towel, flip flops and all toiletries for the shower.
Lunch is provided daily for the day campers, and all meals are provided for the overnight campers. Please indicate in your registration if there are any dietary restrictions. Please make sure your child brings their own water bottle.

You will be emailed a gate code for access. Please give this gate code to any driver who is dropping off or picking up. Enter the code followed by the arrow key, into the yellow box at the front gate. Continue along the main road, following the signs to Loon Lake (approximate 15 minute drive). Please note the speed limit of 10km at the front gate, and within Loon Lake, and 3km along the main forest road.
Early Arrivals/ Late Departures: Day camp starts at 8:30am and ends at 3:00pm. Please make arrangements for your child to be dropped off and picked up at these times.
